If I could give this nail salon zero stars i would! I truly believe in giving second chances, however this is the 5th time they have messed up. The 4th time i thought, okay if i pay with cash i will be fine. I got a gel manicure as i do twice a month. The girl was rushing the entire time. I told her that the gel wasn't thick enough because you could see my actual nail underneath the polish and she said it was "fine" i asked her to put another coat on and she said it would ruin it. So I took her advice. So, I went back Monday during my lunch break and told them i wanted them to fix it and the lady who did was RUDE, she was rushing, she painted my nails worse than by 5 year old cousin would. I asked her to take the polish off of my skin, and she said it was my fault because I wouldn't get a manicure, WHY on earth would i spend more money with you? She actually made one of my fingers bleed she was being so rough. THEN to top it off, she charged me full price to fix what they did wrong. I had to go to a different nail salon after work that day and they fixed it FREE of charge. Advertise with Us.
