A distraught Cooper blames himself, as he was nearby during the attack, but Charlotte firmly tells him that only Katie is at fault. Tensions flare between Pete and Sheldon as Naomi and Addison operate, and Dell tries to comfort the unconscious Violet, begging her not to die.
