There is one thing that doesn't make sense, why did Chi Chi want Goku to wish back to being a adult? I mean sure Goku was turned into a kid, while Chi Chi was a adult in her late years. But wouldn't it have been better for Chi Chi to use the earth dragon balls to wish herself young. We see the normal dragon balls can turn old to young and even eternal youth is no problem.
