Wonderful, relaxing family getaway. Jen P Halifax, Canada on Mar 02, We had a wondeful week at Dreams Sapphire. There was something for everyone. Most of the time, we just relaxed and enjoyed the beach and pool, but there are many options for those who like to stay busy. The staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. We didn't have high expectations for food but it was very good, excellent in some instances.

The hotel is beautiful, the room has a good size too and the room service's is very similar than what you find at the restaurants. Staff is friendly, hotel is comfortable, very clean. Stayed in August The room was big and comfortable, the premier pool was always at such a nice temperature and away from kids. We didn't have high expectations for food but it was very good, excellent in some instances. The staff at the resort are so friendly and go above and beyond. So hard working.

With the money spent you think I didn't have to buy my own and bring it to the property. We would recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family and we would go back. Long hours, great personalities. But that means louder music at times there is an adult pool that is quieter, but we can't just leave the 11 yo over at the big pool and it was also Spring Break.
