I would not infuse it with elemental damage. If you have a dex build a sharp infusion would probably be the best for it There is no reason to hate the CB on ds3.

So the armor is wildly unoptimized, but the Chaos Blade works surprisingly well in ganks, invasions, and in the duel arena. The OP parry frames make it even better.
