I came in to have a hitch installed, and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order later, but she was still very nice about it. Very professional and friendly customer service. These guys are awesome! My SUV trailer connection had quit working. My vehicle dealer could not fix it and ordered in a wiring harness. It was the wrong part so was re-ordered. The second one was only a generic trailer wiring kit where you tap into the wires. I spent hours under my SUV with no success. I dropped the SUV off at am and drove home. When I arrived home, they said its done! Spent the day there getting a fifth wheel hitch installed which took all day, but besides that the person installing it reads the instructions wrong and thinks he's installing in a long box truck and drills the holes for the bolts in the wrong place and all I get get is a "sorry I just drilled holes in the wrong place hope you're ok with that. Not even an offer to waive any fees.
