Ebay item not arrived
I don't use ebay that much but i never had any problem, not even with Chinese vendors that are further away and can have a language barrier to talk to. So i bought this item, i don't remenber what the delivery time was, and i can't seem to be able to see it now. I didn't paid much attention to it as ebay item not arrived never had any problem before.
I purchased several fragrance samples in the past on ebay from this specific seller probably mode than I never had a problem. Last monday I ordered 3 and he shipped them all on the same package, it was marked as delivered on Wednesday but I never received anything. My neighbors are usually good at giving me misplaced packages, and so is USPS at delivering to the correct mailbox. What are my options? Its a seller with good rep, and its not really a high value item that will make the seller go broke if he issues a replacement or refund. In no way, shape, form, or dimension is this the fault of your seller.

Once a request is opened, you have 3 business days to resolve the issue. After that time, either you or the buyer can ask eBay to step in to help resolve the issue. Hi, I am having trouble finding help with an item which hasn't arrived. None of the help options work as the item has been removed by the seller and i cannot trace or track back to request a refund. The seller keeps telling me it will come and now they stopped responding to my messages. How do I just email eBay support to help with the case? The order was paid on the 1st of August and seller has been dragging their feet since then. Customer Service on ebay. Work through the questions. I purchased an item on ebay on April 10th. It is July 22nd, and the item has not arrived. It has been over 90days and I cannot contact the seller or get any help from ebay.
