Rude behavior. I bought products for setting up a board support. I got yelled at by the employees for returning unused parts.

Was in Edm. Superb customer service from the ladies up front, then the send you to the warehouse where there is ZERO customer service or even just plain politeness from a guy named Matt. Yelled at me from somewhere in the warehouse, was rude when I asked a question and had to ask 3 times for assistance, which I never did get from him nor the other guy who passed me twice and never offered help. I will never go to the back again; they can bring it up front for me. The best My 1 starting place to shop for everything from hangers to shelves to rack. I wish there was one in Red Deer and Calgary!

Excellent customer service! We have been buying from Eddies for probably about 15 years. They carry a great variety of display items that are perfect to meet our needs. We have put together 3 stores with almost all our fixtures and bits and pieces coming from Eddies. That coupled with the awesome and friendly service makes us happy long term customers.
