Elemental magic runes

Are golems harmed by element damage from weapon runes per the harmed by X rules of golem antimagic? For example, elemental magic runes, the iron golem is harmed by acid and takes 6d10 acid damage or 2d8 acid damage from area of elemental magic runes and persistent damage if the source was magical. If I hit an iron golem with a weapon that has the corrosive rune, does it take 6d10 acid damage due to the rune or simply the standard 1d6 acid damage?

But people change and, if in playing, a character exhibited traits of another Rune I'd see no reason for the GM to introduce it, however it would start with a decline in another.

Elemental runes can replace the function of air , water , earth , or fire runes , hence this term can also refer to the class of runes used in Combat spells , see table below. But it's the "Targets" section of the rules that tells us a spell with an area "affects all creatures in the area indiscriminately" - not the "Areas" section which precedes the "Targets" section in the book and could also should have if it were the intent have said that area spells without a "target [blank]" entry affect all the creatures in them, but didn't.
