We are a growing and inclusive Trust currently comprised of nine schools, which work collaboratively to promote and share good practice to raise educational outcomes for all of our children. We support our schools through the work of our Central Team, allowing them automotive hourly rate focus on their core purpose of teaching and learning. Brockington College is part of Embrace Multi Academy Trust; a new trust developed in partnership by like-minded leaders and governors from a range of schools across south Leicestershire. We are a church-majority trust, driven by a moral purpose to develop pupils in the fullest sense, regardless of which academy they attend and without detriment to others outside our trust. Therefore, inclusion is our watchword, and our vision is for Esteem to be a learning community of excellence for SEND and alternative provision in the Midlands. However, we want mainstream schools to join us too as they have many pupils with SEND or who are disadvantaged. We want all our pupils to achieve their full potential whatever type of school they attend.
