Our View Outage map provides outage and restoration information to customers. To view our map, you can visit visit our website and select your location to view outages in your area or download the Entergy mobile app. When a major storm is not impacting our service area, use the information below to navigate our map. During major storms, a large amount of activity is taking place in the field to restore power as safely and quickly as possible. In these cases, we shift our map into storm mode to provide you the latest restoration information as it is available. Icons at the top of the menu to the left can be used for quick navigation. To close the menu for a fuller view of our outage map, select the return arrow at the top right of the menu. Finding your address is easier than ever. The field where you enter your address is located prominently on the map itself for ease of use. The opacity slider allows you to change the brightness of these lines as desired. Green lines indicate that the line segment is energized, or power is flowing. Red lines indicate that line segment is de-energized, or no power is flowing.

Entergy Arkansas has engaged nearly 1, employees and contractors around the state working to restore power to remaining customers impacted with an outage as a result of the multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms on Sunday, June 18th. Restoration teams are responding to damages as quickly and safely as possible. As of this morning 6, Entergy customers are still without power. With the support of helicopters assisting in identifying damages, we have identified broken poles, spans of downed wire, 66 damaged transformers and 87 damaged cross arms to be replaced. If you are still without power, check for damages to the electrical equipment attached to your home or business. If the service line to your home or business has been damaged by this storm, you may have damage to your meter base. If it is damaged, you may need to have an electrician make repairs as well as a permit before Entergy Arkansas can safely reconnect service.
