We first opened Secret Girl Stuff in Emerald Qld in after purchasing a small garden shopping center with a vacant retail space. I grew up in the hospitality industry and for the past 25 years my husband and I have owned and run our own business - so I had these skills I just needed to find the right avenue for me. Spurred on by an amazing lifetime friend who is in the jewellery trade and my own need to constantly challenge myself, I have always had a love for all things fashion and with my twin daughters I thought this would be an amazing journey for us. My husband is a builder with a whole lot of patience :- and an incredible talent for making a drab space look spectacular. We work extremely well together and share an eye for detail. With all of that; Secret Girl Stuff was born. Over the past 5 years we have changed and evolved due to the need to provide our customers with on trend and affordable fashion…. Fashion that has the ability to be added to over time — that is trans-seasonal and timeless. Family commitments brought us back to Rockhampton in where we purchased a gorgeous little corner store and repeated the whole process of a total renovation my patient husband again! Secret Girl Stuff is a unique shopping experience.
