I was trying to get to the Doman Reconstruction chain, and I can't seem to identify what I'm missing to unlock it. Yes, I have completed Short Arms of the Law. Yes, I have completed Elation and Trepidation. Those are the only two requirements I can find for what it takes to unlock, but the quest giver at the Doman Enclave doesn't have anything for me.

However, some quests are time gated, so you will only be able to progress up to certain points in the story every week. Once you reach a time gated portion of the quest line, you will only be able to continue after the weekly reset on Tuesdays at 3AM EST. Items that have been donated by accident can be reclaimed from the Reclamation Box near Kozakura.
