I use the age old techniques of Hot and cold therapy to manage inflammation, mental health, detoxification, immune boosts, improved sleep, muscle recovery, injury and pain management and overall, well being. So we have created a stunning communal space and provided you with private saunas to allow you space and time to rest, reset and realign. Each Two-person Luxe Sauna has its own private little jungle sanctuary. This provides a sense of privacy and of openness. The design allows individuals or small groups to enjoy the saunas warmth and rejuvenation benefits while still being part of the communal environment. Please note that it is not a private space and there will be sounds and talking that can be heard. We suggest earphones or a good meditation. Memberships will be available in limited numbers.
