Fitbit not showing heart rate

I've used my charge 2 for over a year now.

Hello group Set-up went well however it appears that the BPM Sensor is not working properly. When i remove it from my wrist and place a finger on the sensor it will turn green intermitantly. Is anyone else experiencing this problem. Any ideas? Go to the Best Answer.

My active heart rate is not showing up on my dashboard. Resting heart rate does. This has been for over a day. I read that it might be a weak signal, but should come back after a short walk. You've followed everything I suggested, so I'd recommend now syncing your tracker and then please uninstall and reinstall your Fitbit app. Let's see if this brings your live heart rate back. Don't forget that the the Bluetooth on your device needs to be enable and the all-day sync has to be turned on on your Fitbit app.

Let me explain to you that if you want to see your heart rate on the Fitbit app, your Charge 2 should be syncing so you can see your heart rate data live, and also you have to make sure that your BPM are being tracked at the same time. In response to SSL Fitbit help desk was helpful as far as they could since my device was out of warranty and a worn out battery solution was to replace the device. They told me today they never heard of this issue.
