His style was aggressive — with his hammer-ons and pull-offs, his trills and vibrato — the attack he had. Moderation was something that Moore, who died in aged just 58, was rarely accused of, but as shown on his new, posthumous eight-track release How Blue Can You Get , his fretboard talent was undiminished to the end. He would regularly share a stage — and guitars and amps — with another upcoming player, Rory Gallagher.
