The second free practice session in Saudi Arabia proved positive for Fernando Alonso. The start of practice was delayed ten minutes due to yet another problem with a driver cover. The session also went on for ten minutes longer than planned. The first 15 minutes of the second practice session saw many drivers get in each others way.
