The best place is the FSDT forums. Last night was the launch, so there will be issues with getting approved on their forums and server issues. Is the product worth it? That does not make it a bad product. They should have asked the early access people for feedback before making the final release. Just like SU10 being delayed a couple of weeks, this could have been delayed by a week to ensure things ran smoothly. Now back to the support issue.

One of the most popular add-on is back with a brand new version, optimized for MSFS GSX adds a new kind of highly realistic Pushback service, supporting vehicles with a Towbar, with fully animated crew and a bypass pin simulation.
