Bay Area Pet Adoptions is a non-profit, c 3 No-Kill shelter, pet rescue, and adoption organization that relies on donations from the public to house, feed, and medically care for the dogs and cats taken in our adoption program.

We believe that every homeless pet deserves a second chance. We are the largest shelter and only open-intake facility in Galveston County taking in approximately 5, animals each year. The Best Friends Network is comprised of thousands of animal welfare groups from every single state, all working to save the lives of pets in their own communities.
