It took a little longer than we would have hoped to have the car repaired but overall it was fine. Hunter was outstanding to work with and the entire company engenders trust and reliability. The communication the 1st 2 weeks was really good then it just stopped and I was having to call and follow up. I know it is hard to get parts and that is totally out of their control but I do feel like I was the one who had to get that moving by calling to follow and see if the parts were delivered when they were supposed to be. They had not been and it took me calling for them to call on the part to see what was going on. Jeff the manager was very nice and jumped right on top of it as soon as he was aware of the problem. General body repair was OK, vehicle now makes a weird ticking sound from one of the back tires now. Took a very long time, vehicle makes a weird ticking sound now when driving. Your communications of my first experience at this shop was excellent.
