Not being a snob, just stating a fact. There was lots of communication from Jim which was very nice to see. Workmanship is excellent my auto was repaired in just a few days. Very happy.

I do appreciate the text updates so we were aware of where we were at in the process. Thank you. The repair itself looks great and is so well done. However, the inside of my vehicle just stinks. It smells like the inside of a garage and I just can't get the smell to go away. Gerber Collison is very thoughtful of keeping you updated with the progress of your vehicle and with everything that is needed to do to complete the job.

The front camera was not repaired at all. Initially little contact was made. Had to reach out several times to get status. We are happy with the results, as far as we can tell. We are glad that you kept in constant contact with us to give us updates. The results look great. We would recommend your services to others. Bumper came out amazing. Thank you. Plus getting and dropping off rental.

I picked my vehicle up Friday. Once I got it home I noticed the tralier hitch bezel was still scratched and obviously not replaced. Contacted Gerber today and left a message to get this resolved but still have not heard back. Jose was absolutely amazing. His level of communication and professionalism was top notch.
