These days, girdles are mostly being used for rollerhockey I can't say I've seen anyone who uses a girdle for ice I have played both roller hockey and ice hockey and have both sets of equipment. I have a Mission girdle. My experience aswell, however one of my good buddies who plays on my summer hockey team who played for the Calgary Hitmen, wears a RBK girdle and a CCM shell.
