The allure of Giselle is undeniable, with a menu that somehow manages to upstage the utter flamboyance of the space. There are, and maybe always have been, restaurants designed to evoke a place: French bistros, Italian trattorias, Greek fish houses. The food is decadent and the decor is glittering, just like places a gambler on the Strip might roll into after a legendary run. A towering, self-storage-center-sized nightclub in an otherwise rough corner of downtown, E11even typically features a parking lot full of exotic cars and velvet rope lines corralling bachelor parties. Giselle gets its own red carpet, off to the east of the main doors. Slightly hidden by rows of potted plants, it has the feel of a secret VIP entrance, leading to an elevator that heads three floors up to the roof. The doors open into a cave of stone and pixel-like tiles illuminated with light strips, a colon of splendor from which you will be ejected into utter flamboyance. A retractable roof keeps the whole thing accessible no matter the weather, and the downtown skyline fills the horizon. Cut left after an ornately decorated, U-shaped bar to find a smaller indoor space dubbed The Dream Room, which sort of feels like if Dr.
The food is phenomenal, and they serve a large range of drinks.

La carta combina platos nuevos y otros que se recuperan, reinventados, del Tragabuches original, como la milhojas de foie y queso de cabra de Ronda con manzana verde caramelizada y el rabo de toro guisado y desmigado envuelto en ravioli ambos. La propuesta cambia a diario, teniendo los guisos y los fondos como base del trabajo en cocina. Beata Pasta viene dispuesto a democratizar y revolucionar el mundo de la pasta fresca en la capital bajo los pilares de compartir, socializar y disfrutar en la mesa. La carta comienza con entrantes como la ensaladilla con gambas, la ensalada de lentejas y los torreznos Montera para dar paso a unos principales donde el fuego y las brasas son los protagonistas gracias al horno Josper. Rodaballo a la brasa, ribeye con pimientos, jarrete confitado…. Hueso ofrece platos de toda la vida con un toque desenfadado. Carnes —ternera gallega, buey, vaca suprema rubia gallega, black angus, wagyu…—, pescados salvajes —lubina, rodaballo, rape, mero…— , y mariscos nos esperan en la primera sede de Asador Gonzaba, un suculento bocado de Galicia en Madrid. Su barra tiene capacidad para 30 comensales, no admiten reservas y los rolls se preparan en el momento enrollando el arroz y el resto de ingredientes en alga nori.

Now for the review. I definitely don't recommend it except to go for a quick deibk to the terrace. The service is unique. There was no room inside, so we stayed out and the outdoor heaters were not all working. Knowledgeable staff and very polite. There were a bunch of people on their laptops and it seemed like a good study spot. Great for a meal or a coffee and work session. The food is also delicious! The service was excellent, prompt, and friendly while the views were nice not amazing since it's the 4th floor. The food court as well as the lookout are on the top floor. The decor and vibe is on point.

I was just so light and fluffy and the cream was just so good. Also, this place have amazing collection of wine. We went there, because it was right at the place where we stayed. Unfortunately we couldn't taste the whole menu, I hope to come back soon to try everything. Great hotel. The beef pastry was unexpectedly my favorite: very flakey and packed with flavor, a bit of acid and heat. Knowledgeable staff and very polite. Always packed with people especially weekend. We booked in advance and were given our table immediately. Some dishes may be a bit pricey but the flavors and presentation will not have you second guess your choices. I highly highly recommend! Awesome atmosphere to have some drinks and enjoy the fantastic weather of Madrid I didn't check, but from the food we ate to the service we got, it is at least a two stars restaurant. There was a hair in one of the salads.
