Grasslands Nursery is nestled in the Knutsford countryside and encompasses over 30 acres of land - ample space to grow the thousands of plants we have on offer, from the largest Laurel to the littlest pot of lavender. Our nursery is monitored and cared for by our expert horticulturalists, as well as lots of other staff including labourers, sales assistants and delivery drivers. Our horticulturalists will oversee the care of our plants from start to finish, using their expertise to ensure happy, healthy plants ready for sale. When the time comes to sell the plants, they will help to pick and pack them, so that the plants arrive in perfect condition. Make a day of your visit to Grasslands Nursery and stop off at Snowdrop Cafe for a bite to eat. Snowdrop Cafe is open everyday, serving both hot and cold food all day - including a delicious selection of cakes and other tempting treats!

Grasslands Nursery was originally founded by Steve Watmore in as a wholesale nursery, supplying top quality plants to landscapers and other nurseries. In the mids, we started selling shrubbery directly to the public, which proved very popular. As our reputation continued to grow, we decided to launch a website in This allowed us to reach customers nationwide! Today, we sell an expansive range of plants all professionally grown, cared for, picked and packed by our expert team of horticulturalists. We pride ourselves on growing our plants with the utmost care and attention, to ensure that we provide our customers with healthy, high quality plants that brighten up their gardens. We have an incredible team of horticulturalists here at Grasslands, who provide expert care and attention to all the plants grown. They will do everything from picking the best spot in the nursery to grow the plant, to potting the plants ready for sale.
