She loved her family and friends and is remembered for her giving and joyful spirit. She enjoyed music serving as church organist and choir director in her earlier years. She also enjoyed playing her harp. She was a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. She retired from IPFW having worked as a secretary in several departments.
