This grill pan is so cool! This was a replacement for a similar item my girlfriend bought in Spain she uses it to roast the Chili Peppers over an open flame so you can peel them easier. This pot is great for Cooking chestnuts and steaks. Good value for your money. It works well with the flame and also with grills. Tried this with some veggies on the grill and they came out beautifully tender and charred. The pan's coating made it so easy to clean and it fits fine in the dishwasher too. Love the detachable handle. I love the pan, but it can be a bit challenging to clean if you are not really comfortable with cleaning and taking care of cast iron. It would be great if there were some tips and tricks for cleaning with it's unique design.
