After the cutscene and two post-mission phone calls, the player must determine which ending to choose. Pegorino asks Niko to meet him at the the strip club in Tudor , Alderney. Niko arrives and orders a drink at the bar. Pegorino walks up to him and explains that he is ordering Niko to do a heroin deal with Dimitri Rascalov. After an extended car chase and dialogue between the three about why Niko is doing this, the two eventually lead them to an abandoned casino in the North of Alderney, with Niko telling Roman and Jacob not to join the fight and they do so. Niko then fights his way into the casino, until he finds Pegorino. Pegorino states that if he would've worked for him things would be better, and Kate's death was Niko's fault.
