This page is a copy of recent updates published on the official forum. Any undocumented changes will be listed under "Guild Wars 2 Wiki Notes". Update dates are UTC based. Another new year dawns on Tyria —join the festivities in Divinity's Reach! See you in Divinity's Reach! In this update, we're trying out a new process for the skills and balance update notes. Instead of combining new notes and preview notes into one continuous block and highlighting changes to the preview notes, we'll be separating the new changes into their own section. These new notes will be considered the most up-to-date version of the release notes, so if a change to a skill or trait exists in both sections, the new change will take precedent. In some cases, the new note may say, "This skill is unchanged" to communicate that a proposed change from the preview was removed from the final update. Our goal with the new process is to make clearer what has changed between the balance preview and the final release while also streamlining the transition from balance previews to final release notes. As with the November update, this update also includes improvements for some underperforming relics. The changes to hammer in November pushed condition builds for tempest and weaver a bit higher than we like to see, so we're making a few tweaks to bring those builds back in line. Condition holosmith and power scrapper are both a bit overtuned in PvE and are getting brought down in this update. We've also slightly reworked Bulwark Gyro to be more reliable for supporting allies, and Adaptive Armor has been reworked to be an effective grandmaster trait for support builds to prepare for the introduction of the short bow. Support firebrand still isn't quite at the level we'd like to see in PvP, so we've made a few more improvements to it in this update.
We've also reworked the Radiant Fire trait to be less dependent on always having a torch equipped to make room for condition builds gw2 update notes swap between off-hand torches and pistols. Supportive mantras are also getting minor usability improvements to prepare for the release of the rifle.

Sigil of Absorption is a longtime outlier in World vs. World, largely due to a bug with its cooldown or lack thereof when used against players. We're still planning a larger pass on boon applications and boon removal in WvW for a future update, but Sigil of Absorption was something we wanted to address sooner rather than later. Scepter is a weapon that sees some play in PvE, but it struggles to find a place in competitive modes as a lot of its skills are less reliable or simply lacking in power. We've tuned up a lot of the weaker skills in the kit with the goal of solidifying scepter as an effective damage-dealing weapon. Catalyst was hit hard by the last update to PvE, and we're making a few changes to bring it back up, removing the damage penalty from Spectacular Sphere and giving a bit more damage to Empowering Auras. We've also updated the behavior of the hammer's third-slot weapon skills to make the strikes more consistent and remove the difference in effectiveness between hitbox sizes. On the PvP side, Earth Shield gets some defensive shaves, primarily targeting two of the most potent builds in the meta: catalyst and tempest. We've also made some minor improvements to condition-based weaver, a build that has fallen out of the meta in recent months. Last up is a slight improvement to tempest's healing in WvW as we continue to work toward a more diverse set of support options.

In the wake of the climactic events of the Personal Story , dark machinations converge toward their final goal as heroes rise to the occasion. Scarlet Briar 's clockwork minions are menacing Lornar's Pass , and the time has come to uncover the truth behind her schemes and, hopefully, put an end to them for good. Gather the new friends and allies you've made across Season 1, and make your stand for the future of Tyria!
Petco perros
Chaotic Persistence : Reduced the expertise from to in PvE only. This skill now also inflicts torment. Chapter 4: Shining River : Reduced the casting time from 0. Barrage : Increased the ammunition count from 1 to 2 in WvW only. Relic of the Pack : This relic now also grants might and fury to affected allies. These new notes will be considered the most up-to-date version of the release notes, so if a change to a skill or trait exists in both sections, the new change will take precedent. PatchBot BOT 3 weeks ago. Hilt Bash : Increased the power coefficient from 0. Reduced the healing coefficient from 1. Otherworldly Bond received updates, other scepter skills gained icons. Increased the cooldown from 8 seconds to 15 seconds in PvP and WvW.
Many elite specializations have some mechanical weaknesses compared to the core profession, commonly referred to as the "tradeoff" for the specialization's new mechanics. In some cases, these tradeoffs feel natural, like when a reaper loses access to Death Shroud and gains access to Reaper's Shroud, but in other cases, these tradeoffs feel unnatural and can contribute to making a specialization feel less fluid to play.
Lady Peitha has finally beckoned the wayfinder to join her across the Mists in the demon realm: the march against Eparch begins now. We considered some improvements for power harbinger builds, but we want to see where the build lands with the introduction of swords before making any additional changes. We'll be keeping a close eye on the effectiveness of these builds once the rifle is available, and we will make additional adjustments as needed to bring them in line with other support builds. Any undocumented changes will be listed under "Guild Wars 2 Wiki Notes". Support firebrand still isn't quite at the level we'd like to see in PvP, so we've made a few more improvements to it in this update. We're increasing the initiative cost of Death's Advance to require a larger resource investment for the survivability that it provides. Last year's meta-achievement reward, the Embellished Rabbit Vest , can now be purchased from the Lunar New Year rewards vendors. Relic of the Citadel : Reduced the warmup duration from 2 seconds to 1 second. We'll be previewing changes to the new weapons themselves at a later date. PatchBot BOT 1 month ago.
