I discovered this awesome game a few years ago. During the pandemic, I organized a tournament with some friends and, honestly, it was one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Everything was quite simple but it led to a surprisingly competitive and fun result. I couldn't belive that a game with such potential was so underrated and I came to the conclusion that it wasn't getting enough attention, I mean, it's not the kind of game that has a team behind it, fully involved in its development. I think basro was practically in charge of everything and the responsibilities pile up as a game grows. I was finishing my studies to become a game developer, and I began a project, merging mechanics by my own way from games I had enjoyed. While it's true that HaxBall was still receiving updates at the time. I noticed how it was losing visibility, to the point where we are now. The truth is that today the game seems to have been completely abandoned. I understand, taking care of it requires a huge effort.
