One of the greatest adversaries the show has ever seen! Know to be the "queen of mean" but how did she come to be like this? Let's start with what happened before the show even started. We never know what caused Heather to be mean but I can guess why it continued. In TDA:Aftermath, Heather mentions that her parents tried electrotherapy on her to try and make her nicer. This may have given her a lot of trauma since that she was being shocked so young. She was constantly hurt by her family so I'm guessing her being mean was a mechanism to fight back, trying to make sure that she could be in control and not get hurt anymore. Not to mention in her video from home, her parents were celebrating her leave and moving all her stuff out the house. Whilst she was working hard in Total Drama, her parents were having a personal party about her absence. Imagine expecting a nice little message from your parents, only to catch them moving all your possessions out. Her parents probably expected that she would win through her meanness and thought she would move out straight after she got the money. Whilst she wouldn't necessarily admit, this would have made her slightly hurt inside. Also causing her to be more hostile to the others on Total Drama.

She appeared in Island as a member of the Screaming Gophers, manipulating most of the campers, and becoming the archenemy of Gwen , before she was defeated by her and Owen. This is even more noticeable in the final episodes after everyone witnessed her voting off Lindsay and swore to eliminate her when they get the chance. The contestants' attacks by throwing eggs at the blimp prove to be completely useless and Heather retaliates by throwing more golden statuettes out the blimp at the contestants. During the second challenge, Beth manages to successfully rope Heather when the Killer Grips play as the cowboys, and the Screaming Gaffers play the cows. Maybe she deserved it in TDI but the other two seasons she did not. In Alejandro's ending of "Hawaiian Punch'' after she's informed she threw Alejandro's sacrifice into the volcano, resulting in his victory instead of hers. In subsequent seasons, she is willing to get her hands dirty and even manages to reach the finale of Total Drama World Tour on her own.
