Overall great experience. So glad to know he had serviced furnace in past. Diagnosed cause of my furnace failure immediately and worked to fix it within an hour. Spoke about replacement in honest terms but for now got me fixed so I am warm tonight! Thank you Randy!

I bought my first pair of Nike Blazers a few years ago. Once I started wearing them, though, I was surprised by how versatile they were. The white, mid-height sneakers with a prominent blue swoosh went with nearly everything I wore. Unlike other white sneakers I considered, the Blazers truly worked with anything. Dennis is the best tech around. No issues and no stress from the time they arrive to when they are done. I can now see why they are so large and doing so great in our area. He also thoroughly cleaned the condenser and fan unit outside and inspected the unit inside. D, Shawn and his team did a fantastic job on our heating and cooking unit. Additionally, the next day I received a call from their office seeking my feedback about the installation. Brian Harrington. What could be better than that, oh did I mention they cleaned my car. I believe Frank has worked at my prior residence and I was thrilled to know they serviced homes on the Southwest Suburbs. He also put in a new furnace filter which I supplied. Frank was very professional, personable and did an excellent job. My technician Frank was very professional and technical in terms of explaining what he was going to do and what he did at the completion of his service. Thanks King! You guys are getting in right!! Abe called before coming and arrived at the time he said he would. Gave me a heads up that a part normal last 15 years and my furnace is 10 years old. An informed decision could not be made until replacement information could be provided. Within an hour, Dennis arrived and immediately determined the problem: a faulty capacitor.
