They assured me that they would do my pedicure and manicure simultaneously, but did not do so and the only other staff disappeared. The nail polish application was really shoddily done. More appalling was their rude behaviour to an elderly lady getting her hair done.

Very unprofessional. I hated it because adter i permerd my hairband i tried washing it with that it made my hzir stiff again. Think your friends might be familiar with this business?
