I hitron chita about 20 of these devices across multiple sites. Before the change, all access points worked fine with no problems. All are set up to mirror the separate 2. No VLANs.

I know I will probably be told fairly shortly this forum is only for residential but I know there are a few fairly knowledge folks around the forum and there isn't a VMB forum to turn to so thought worth a shot. I have been called out to relatives a number of times to help. I assumed the first time maybe a firmware update went wrong but to have it happen 3 times is not a good sign. There have also been numerous cases of it just dropping WAN connection which can only be sorted via a reboot of the router. Eventually got VMB to send an engineer who hadn't heard of the issue before but swapped the router over for a new one anyway.

The engineer did leave me his details so I hitron chita back in touch and he was baffled by the issue as everything seems ok, hitron chita. I was told it was being referred to "second level" and they may need to send an engineer out again.

Not a single problem in the last two months. Manually setup DNS on the Windows laptop, and all services restored to the laptop. I spent hours on all kinds of test combos. It will just randomly reboot every so often and when it comes back on its back at factory defaults. Or is it only a few of us who have put it all together as to the why of the Chita Network dropouts? They still don't know what the issue is and looks like they arent bothered to fix it. If someone is cabled straight into the router, they will be totally unaffected by anything the AP would do. Saying that, the wifi does tend to drop off the new router so I am assuming this is a DNS issue? The DNS is still on manual as above. I fed this back to the vm tech team, they said they'd log the workaround and suggested I keep the manual settings as it resolved the issue, even though they don't know why this is happening either.
