Hello friend! Hobbii is an online yarn shop, designing all their products in Copenhagen, Denmark. They offer crocheters and knitters! If you have any problems with your order, you can always contact their customer service. They do answer very quickly and really help you out. Of course, they cannot help with everything, and if your order was already transferred to the warehouse for shipping, it might be difficult to cancel your order or modify it.
