When I called itravel , they said HolaSun and Air Cubana have "shtty" flights and there are lots of complaints of lost luggages and other problems, so they don't deal with them any more. It was completely the opposite they said. When we got back we made a complaint. I flew there and back with Air Cubana once and it was fine. They have a complaint line and maybe able to help you resolve the problem with Sell off Vacations. Not all agencies offer all tour operators. Also checked itravel and they don't show those packages. A few issues. Probably leaving Fri. We booked through Sell of Vacation and our excursions were booked via Hola Sun. Which airline did they fly with, Cubana or Canjet, or something else? We checked the lobby pretty much every 30 mins of when the representative was supposed to be there and they weren't. They still had a hot meal on board and good service from the flight attendants. If everything was through Sell-Off, then technically you are not Hola's client and Sell-Off should be making good for this. Are HolaSun and air Cubana really that bad? Breaking news: See More.
