I can't get into any of the menu's, hp sure start, if I attempt to open one of the F button menu's it shows the request on hp sure start screen so is recognising the input but doesn't move from the HP logo screen. We then proceeded with installation of the "July 12, —KB" patch and everything now works fine again.
