The CCP came out later and added a hull with 20 degree deadrise and deep sides giving a solid boat for both inshore and nearshore fishing - no casting platform though. Later on, in the late 80s and later, they combined the deeper deadrise and the deep sides with step up platforms. Read the brochures - full of "good stuff".
