And yes, I'm well aware that you didn't come to Know Your Meme to learn about how to stay healthy, since we've seen the sort of images people upload to our site, and we're pretty sure our userbase is one of the least healthy ones out there. But there's an entire community devoted to both memes and staying healthy, and it's a strange one. Today, we're going to dive into some of the most memorable things they've come up with lately, all of which have to do with the importance of drinking enough water.

You better be staying hydrated , because the hydro homies are watching. They're one of Reddit's strangest fandoms , since they worship water rather than anything else. They're not interested in video games, movies, or pop culture.
