Icicle is a female IceWing dragonet princess who was introduced in Moon Rising. After her failed attempt to murder the dragonets of destiny and Moonwatcher , she escaped Jade Mountain and fled to the Rainforest Kingdom , where she was soon arrested by Glory and Deathbringer.
