This past week my watch stop working so I took it to Carter to be serviced and to my dismay, I was told the watch was not a genuine Cartier. Same went for the second watch. I brought this up with IEGOR and they told me I bought the watch at my own risk according to the conditions of sale and refused to provide any remedy because they claim to have long paid the seller. They did not represent the authenticity of the items sold which is illegal in Montreal. I offered to provide proof, and received further push back. I paid a fair penny for these watches and got completely ripped off by IEGOR who lied about the sale and did not stand by their promise or the law.
