I'm not usually a fan of Ikea but this looks like it might work out well for what we need. So I wondered if anyone had one and whether you think it would be comfy enough to be our bed every night? I remember my parents having an Ikea single bed, the mattress was like a rock but the frame of the bed was surprisingly good quality.

There are two hooks the roll-out bed part should attach to. IIt 's too short to lie the other way. This is shown in the assembly instructions at step 19 at the time of writing this. I recommend you check, you may need to use their delivery service, do multiple trips, or borrow a larger vehicle. I found this worked really well. The other person is entirely unsupported when sitting up in bed as when the mattress and second half of bed pulls out it has no headboard. When I purchased my Friheten I got it delivered to my house. Showing 24 of True, it is 2 single mattresses pushed together, but the gap isn't too bad, and my mum puts a double mattress protector thingy on it when open, so I don't notice it at all.
