After opening the TCT bag , an additional year of shelf life is added, making it possible to use the solution for a maximum of four years after production. Note: the 5-year shelf life starts on the production date and not on the date that you receive the standard. The aim is that stock standards have a shelf life of at least two years when they are delivered to you. With a shelf life of at least one year after opening the TCT bag, the guaranteed shelf life of the delivered solution is therefore still at least two years.
