The water flow in my bedroom was faster than the tap so imagine what I going through, they put double size holes in the walls, and like that is not enough drilled on the electric wiring as well, I can share pics and videos if anyone needs them. I bought 2 x btu Haier heat pumps on 2 20 They worked great until 10 3 years later, an error code e 7 communications code. I contacted my local haier rep and he sent me a parts request form, and no place to send it. So I contacted him again and he blocked my email. Next contacted haier and got no parts from them so if I was not a red seal electrician the unit was no good after 3 years. I do not recommend this product for their no warranty or customer service.
