Just that really, I've got my eye on a few things but the reviews on trust pilot are not encouraging. Does anyone have any experiences to share please? I ordered from them recently and they were fine. My order came when I expected and was as described. I've ordered with them for years and never had issues, once was sent something in the wrong size and it was fixed with no hassle. They've recently merged with the net-a-porter group, together they're one of the largest luxury e-tailers.
