This research aims to evaluate the satisfaction and expectations of adult people who has enrolled the courses opened within the Community Education Centers. The population of this research is the people who have registered the courses of Tuzla Community Education Center during the year of persona. It has been aimed to attain the whole number of trainees, but the feedback could be gathered from only number of people who have still been the students at the Center. The datum of the research have been gathered through the survey named as? The scale consists of three parts. The first part of the scale includes personal information, the second part includes 16 expectation expressions which measures the expectations of trainees and the third part includes 20 evaluation expressions which measures the satisfaction of trainees.
