We are excited to offer 2 leadership programs for ! Facilitated and administered by MOR Associates, these programs will provide participants with shared language and frameworks and a common understanding of leadership competencies. These programs are most beneficial for those with a development mindset already serving in leadership roles. Lead From Where You Are offers fully remote programming and includes five workshops over the span of 8 months. This program is most beneficial for anyone who does not have supervisory responsibilities but wants to develop their overall leadership skills. Because the program is structured over a 9-month period, I was able to practice these new methodologies and receive coaching after each session. This program will consist of 4 methods of applied learning called tracks , more detail can be found in the MOR Leaders Program information. In addition to a coach from MOR, you will be assigned a peer coach that you will meet with regularly throughout the program. ITLP is a unique professional development opportunity and one that requires a high level of participation and engagement, both during and after the program. All three programs provide opportunities for established and emerging IT leaders on campus to further develop their leadership skills, broaden their professional networks, and engage more deeply in the IT leadership community. The first year spans approximately 10 months and consists of workshops and facilitated applied learning sessions. In addition, cohort members will complete reading and research assignments and participate in coaching sessions. Participants can expect to spend at least 1 to 2 hours a week on ITLP-related activities.
