Jagga sweets

Jagga worked at the sweet shop to support his family after the passing of his father. While working in the sweet shop, Jagga developed a passion for the art of sweet making as well as Punjabi cuisine. Three generations later, and a migration to Canada, today Jagga Sweets is run by the children and grandchildren of Jagga Halwai who still can't help but keep a watchful eye well into his "semi-retirement". Our talented family members work together to offer our customers fresh, homemade, and mouth-watering sweets and foods that made Jagga Halwai popular in his hometown of Phagwara India. Sons passionately prepare food in the kitchen, daughters greet you with a smile, grandchildren tend the tables, and an old friend from India still bakes naan in a clay oven.
