Caribbean Island Spice is a small takeout restaurant in Windsor's west end, near the university. I've visited Caribbean Island Spice a number of times since I first wandered in a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that the food makes me even happier. I met up with Jason Collins and Barbara Patterson, the mother and son team that own the restaurant, to learn more.
