No clue how I'm going to re-calibrate, probably just disconnect the battery for 15 minutes or so and pull the IOD fuse and hope for the best. I'll follow up with the results and take some pictures for future reference. If its the cam gears I think you replace the entire housing I think the AC recallibrates the actuator about 5 minutes after the power is turned off.

The blend door actuator is responsible for controlling the temperature of the air that comes into the cabin of your vehicle. OK, so I got my new actuator the other night and plugged it in. My question is about the first diagram on this thread and the actuator indicated with the red arrow. It took me about two hours start to finish, including the time it took me to take the actuator apart so I could rotate the output shaft about 90 degrees and get the gear to line up with the blend door gear.
