I love your posts about dynamics and would be super interested in the roles the guys have in the group, in general, it is a topic that I find super interesting and I tend to observe it a lot in my group of friends. Why does this feel pressuring? Lol to start, disclaimer that these are just personal opinions. And this is not me slotting them into a role and thinking that is it for them.
